Youth Accommodation
The Children and Youth Camp in Poroszló operates as a youth group accommodation and welcomes guests from early May until the end of September.
Accommodation in the camp can be booked for children, students and young people travelling in groups. Other groups may use the accommodation depending on available capacity.
Accommodation price in 2026: 6,000 HUF / person / night.
Tourist tax (for guests over 18): 500 HUF / person / night.

The accommodation is particularly suitable for young guests, school trips, student groups and summer camps, offering a total of 40 beds. On the ground floor there is one 8-bed room and one 7-bed room; upstairs there is one 5-bed room, two 8-bed rooms and one 4-bed room.
Bathrooms are shared, with washbasins and showers, and separate facilities for girls and boys on each floor. Hot water is provided in an environmentally friendly way by solar collectors. On the ground floor there is also a specially designed accessible bathroom for guests with reduced mobility.
The camp offers comfortable, spacious accommodation where young visitors can relax after a busy day of programmes around Lake Tisza. A kitchen and dining room are available, equipped with kitchen units, a microwave oven and a fridge-freezer, making it easy for groups to prepare a simple breakfast, as all necessary equipment is provided. The dining room can also be used as a common room and a pleasant place for spending time together. The accommodation has an enclosed courtyard suitable for games and group activities, where a covered outdoor seating and dining pavilion has recently been built.
The location is ideal: it is only a few steps from the Poroszló public beach, the event square and Gate No. 2 of the Lake Tisza Ecocentre. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants and a confectionery are also located nearby.

Special offer from the Lake Tisza Ecocentre for youth camp guests
Guests staying at the youth camp may enter the Lake Tisza Ecocentre with a group discount even if their group size is below 20 persons. The discount can be used once during the stay and applies to the “Ecocentre Basic” ticket type. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
